LG CU500V Questions…

When I got my first LG CU500V phone right out of the box it was really physically shakey, loose and Wobbly. Then i exchanged it for a new one and it was pretty tight and in great condition. BUT after a few weeks it became shakey too when i hold it. This is really annoying me. I take really really good care of my phone and never dropped it. Did u guys have the same problem? Also did LG come out with a Firmware/Software Update yet? Thanks guys.
