what is important in a telecom provider?
a student who need to understand asked:
studying communication, and need to understand what is important from a consumer perspective to complement my Master’s thesis and build on my hypothesis.
th emain question is what would an ‘ideal’ telecom provider look like? or what is important? what does put you off?
(telecom provider = optus/ telstra/ vodafone etc…)
happy to hear comments related to Skype or other VoIP services as well.

Do British Telecom have any lawful right to have one of their telegraph poles sited on my private property?
