Should I buy a demo model MacBook?

Hi, I’d love to get some feedback from some Future Shop employees. I’m looking at buying a MacBook store demo model for a great price. Just wondering what kind of wear and tear those models see. I realize they get fondled by customers, but do they stay powered up with the screens on 24/7, even when the store is closed? Or do they ever get shutdown?

 

Should I buy the demo model or cough up the extra to buy a factory-fresh?
