I know that most mortgage lenders accept only borrowers with a minimum of 620 for all 3 CS, but does anyone know of a REPUTABLE, good national lender that will go a little lower than that? My current FICOs are: TU 623, EQ 607, EX ??? My payment history is good for the last 2 years, except 3 late pays in the spring of 09, and I have 4 med colls and 1 other coll. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
