Unfortunately, Future Shop does not carry any Serial/RS-232 to RJ-45 cables or adapters. You'll likely only be able to find such a part at a specialty store.

There are generic brands available, as refill kits you could try to use, but neither are offered by Future Shop. (Unfortunately, Future Shop doesn't sell any Dell printers or inks, either.) You'll need to check smaller computer shops to see what kind of ink cartridges or refills they provide, or turn to online retailers of generic ink brands -- where shipping will likely negate any savings you'd be getting by buying off-brand anyway.

Hi, I have a samsung syncmaster 245B which I believe I bought from Future Shop. Want to get a second one but they don't sell anymore?? Wondering if anyone would know where I could purchase one or if you saw future shop carrying them anywhere. Tks

Your files are not stored in RAM -- your files are permanently stored on your hard drive, and only copied to your RAM when it needs to use them. Replacing the RAM will not affect your files.
